RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

We will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipping if photographic proof of the damage is submitted to The Organic Candle Lab within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the items are in their original condition and all packaging and proof of purchase are included. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Please send us an email at “hot line address” with your return request, and we will send you a Return Authorization Form with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions for returning your candle.

 

RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in our store may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, provided the products are in their original condition and all packaging and proof of purchase are included. Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
