Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do you use?

We use various blends of soy, coconut, and apricot wax. Premium fragrances and wooden wicks.

Where can I buy your candles?

We sell our candles at Eschersheimer Landstraße 559, 60431 Frankfurt.

Can I return or exchange my candle?

A satisfied customer is our top priority. If you have any issues, we want to hear about them and above all find a solution.

Why does my candle look separated from the glass?

Due to weather conditions, the wax can sometimes shrink slightly away from the glass. Your candle is not damaged and this does not affect the burning behavior. This phenomenon resolves itself during burning. During the drying process, the wax can depending on room temperature pull away from the glass as it cools. Once the candle is lit, this effect disappears as the glass warms up.

What can I do with my empty glass?

So much! Once the wax has completely burned down, clean the glass with very warm water and soap. You can then use it for cotton swabs, cotton wool, makeup brushes, or even as a drinking glass and much more.
