We carefully prepare and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days from Frankfurt, Germany.

During public holidays, seasonal peaks, or high-demand periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed should any unexpected delays occur.

We offer free shipping on all orders above 60€. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item. We will gladly assist you.

All materials, tools, fragrances, and refreshments are included.

Most workshops last between 2 and 3 hours.

Workshop bookings may be cancelled up to 2 days before the event date for a full refund.

Due to temperature changes, sometimes a slight slippage from the glass occurs. Your candle is not damaged and it will NOT effect the performance of your candle, this issue will resolve while burning. During the drying process, depending on the room’s temperature, the wax can pull away from the glass as it cools, creating this effect. However, once the candle is lit, it will go away as the glass heats up.

Each candle offers approximately 60-65 hours of burn time, depending on size when properly cared for.

All candles are crafted using a premium coconut wax blend selected for its clean burn and excellent fragrance performance.

Yes. Every candle is carefully hand-poured and crafted in small batches.

We use a coconut blend wax, both of which are very clean burning, phthalate-free premium fragrance oils which derive from essential oils, and wooden wicks made from certified fruit trees.

Yes. Our candles are paraffin- & phthalate-free and therefore hypoallergenic.

Yes. Our candles contain no animal-derived ingredients.
